Balanitis (Foreskin Symptoms)

About- Balanitis is swelling of the foreskin, or head of the penis due to infection or another cause.
Symptoms-

Tight foreskin
Inflammation, soreness, itchiness, redness, or irritation
Painful urination
A thick, lumpy discharge under the foreskin
An unpleasant smell
Swollen glands near the penis
Pain in the genital area
Painful skin on the penis 

Causes-

 Bacterial Infection
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) like Genital Herpes, Shingles, Chlamydia, Syphilis, etc
Chronic skin conditions such as Lichen planus, Eczema, Psoriasis, Dermatitis, etc
Injuries on the tip of the penis or foreskin
Chemicals reaction due to the use of condoms, lubricants, and spermicides
Using perfumed soaps and shower gels
Reactive arthritis
Diabetes
Allergic reactions to some medications
