About- Anxiety disorders are a group of mental disorders characterized by significant feelings of anxiety and fear that can affect daily activities.

Symptoms-
Feeling nervous, restless, or tense
Not being able to stay calm and still
 Panic, fear, and uneasiness
 Increased heart rate or palpitation
 Rapid breathing  
 Cold, sweaty, numb, or tingling hands
 Feeling weak, or tired
 Concentration problem
 Sleeping problem
 Gastrointestinal (GI) problems
 Tense muscles 

Causes-

 Traumatic events
Inherited traits
 Heart disease
 Diabetes
 Thyroid problems, such as hyperthyroidism
 Respiratory disorders, such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and asthma
 Drug misuse or withdrawal
 Withdrawal from alcohol
 Chronic pain or irritable bowel syndrome
