About- Chlamydia is a common sexually transmitted infection (STI) caused by bacteria called Chlamydia trachomatis.
 
Symptoms-
 Abdominal pain
Bleeding after intercourse
Bleeding between periods
Blood in the urine
Burning and itching around the opening of the penis
Burning with urination
Fever
Frequent urination
Painful intercourse
Painful urination
Penile discharge (pus, watery, or milky discharge)
Swelling in the vagina or around the anus
Testicle swelling and tenderness
Urinary tract infection
Urinary urgency
Vaginal discharge 
 
Causes-
Chlamydia trachomatis is caused by the Chlamydia trachomatis bacterium and is most commonly spread through unprotected vaginal, oral, and anal sex.
