Croup

About- Croup also called laryngotracheobronchitis is an inflammation of the larynx and trachea, mostly seen in young which obstructs breathing.
 
Symptoms-
 Barking cough that may begin suddenly during the night
 Breathing difficulties
 Congestion
 Cyanosis
 Dehydration
 Difficulty swallowing
 Fever
 Heavy breathing
 Hoarse voice
 Noisy breathing
 Rash
 Red eye
 Runny nose
 Sneezing
 Sore throat
 Swollen lymph nodes

Causes-
Croup is usually caused by a virus infection, mostly a parainfluenza virus.
