About- Testicular cancer also called malignant neoplasm of testis occurs in one or both testicles, which produce male sex hormones and sperm for reproduction and located inside the scrotum

Symptoms-
 A lump or enlargement in either testicle
 Testicular pain or discomfort
 Testicular swelling
 A feeling of heaviness in the scrotum
 Hydrocele 
 Enlargement or tenderness of the breasts
 Back pain
 Abdominal pain
 
Causes-
It's not clear what causes
