MyMediland is an online health directory with aiming to help, guide, and educate patients to find out all medical needs including doctors, other Health Care Professionals (HCP), hospitals, pharmacies, blood banks clinics, ambulances, etc with the least possible effort and to take right health decision at right time without any charge. Here, Health Care Professionals can list their profiles and contact details to be made available to other users and visitors of this website.
The following terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you or the user including a medical practitioner or healthcare provider (an individual professional or an organization) or similar institution wishing to be listed, or already listed, on the Website, a patient, his/her representatives or affiliates, searching for Practitioners through the Website, or a normal visitor (will be referred sometime as “you”, “user”) and My Mediland website ( will be referred as “My Mediland,” “we,” or “us” “portal” or only “website” sometimes). These Terms of use and together with our Privacy Policy constitute a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and My Mediland in connection to avail of our services or merely visiting our website. We highly encourage you to go through our terms and conditions pages along with the Privacy Policy carefully before registering yourself on our website or availing of other services. You must agree to and accept all of the terms of this Agreement, or you don’t have the right to use the Services.

We can only show you the available option on our site as entered by the registered members. It is completely at your risk and responsibility to select any Health Care Provider based on your needs and suitability and Health Care Provider’s specialty, experience, qualification, licenses, and other important facts and circumstances that could impact your care. My Mediland will not be liable for any dispute that occurs between you and any health care providers. We strongly encourage you to verify the credibility of any Health care providers from any other sources like state medical boards, or any Government medical association.
c) My Mediland is a portal to connect Healthcare providers with patients. We do not verify any credentials of any Health Care Providers. The Health Care professionals which are listed here are not the employees or agents of My Mediland, therefore do not have control over their activities or opinion, It is the user’s (Healthcare providers) responsibility to provide accurate data about their credentials such as professional qualifications, expertise, procedures he/she or any institution can perform, fees, quality of work. We strongly encourage and recommend to our users to verify the credentials of any Health care providers from any other sources like state medical boards, or any Government medical association. My Mediland does not assume any responsibility, or liability for damage or injury to User/Member arising from the use of any content/information, advice/opinion given on its website.
d) We can only approve or delete any profile, questions/answers, or any feedback submitted by any user, but we cannot change or modify it. It is solely the user's responsibility to provide accurate and valid information on our website as well as to check the Health Care Provider’s credibility i.e. specialty, experience, qualification, licenses, and other important facts and circumstances that could impact your care. My mediland will not be liable for any kind of false or misleading comments provided by any user. For any legal investigation, we have to provide user data to any Authorised investigating agency. e) My Mediland can show advertisements (or sponsored results) of several Health Care Professionals/Organizations, while you searching for any Health Care Professionals. This advertisement is paid to show their profile to the user. Sponsored Results shown through the Services are not, and should not be considered, an endorsement or recommendation by My Mediland. Rather we are showing our users other additional options they may be interested in. If a user can select any Health Care Professionals/Organization based on the advertisement, it is solely at his/her own risk and My Mediland will not be liable for any kind of dispute that occurs between patients and Health Care Professionals/organizations.
f) My Mediland does not charge any penny for searching for any medical needs or an appointment. We only charge, when some health care providers go for Premium listings or any advertisement. Therefore, My Mediland will not be liable for any kind of monetary transaction that takes place between a patient and any Health Care Professionals/Organizations.
g) The Agreement governed and constructed according to the laws of the Republic of India and the Courts at West Bengal, India, and shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters and disputes arising out of and relating to the site. Any disputes under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of the courts situated in West Bengal, India only. The language of the Arbitration shall be English.
h) The website is created according to Indian law. But any foreign Health Care Provider can enroll here, and share their experience or any patient can contact any HCP outside their own country. It will be all members’ responsibility to deal will any foreign nationals including any monetary transaction. My Mediland will not be responsible for any kind of disputes arising between them.
i) In the description of Medical Condition, we want to give a brief description of several medical conditions based on several references (provided below the description) so that a patient can get a brief knowledge of which specialist to visit. This cannot be a substitute for the advice of a qualified Health Care Professional. Please consult with Health Care Providers for an emergency.
j) Protecting patient privacy and keeping your information secure are among our biggest priorities. Please go through our Privacy Policy (PUT THE LINK) page to know how we may use, share, and maintain the information that you voluntarily share with My Mediland.
k) While using our Services, you may encounter links to other websites. These links are for paid advertisements and are provided to give you additional options you may be interested in. We do not endorse these sites or the products and services they provide, and we will not be responsible or liable for the content or accuracy of these websites. l) In My Mediland Portal, you will have the opportunity to share your experience with health care providers to others through submitting feedback. It will be completely the user’s responsibility for their opinion. We cannot change/modify your feedback, and will not be liable for the comments you have given about any health care provider. For any legal investigation, or health care provider’s demand, we have to provide your credentials to any investigating agency or any Health Care provider. m) In My Mediland Portal, there is an option to ask a doctor for free. The advice or opinion given by the Health Care Providers is intended for general reference or information purposes only not to offer a solution or treatment for a specific medical problem. This cannot and does not replace a personal meeting with the Health Care Provider. Here, doctors or any qualified health care professionals can share their experience by answering your question. The answers provided by the Health Care Providers so sought are their own and We, the My Mediland, from our end do not or cannot check the credentials of the Health Care Providers and cannot judge the merit of the answers provided by them. It will be completely the Health care provider’s responsibility to answer the questions based on their expertise and the patient’s responsibility to accept it or not. My Mediland does not assume any responsibility, or liability for damage or injury to the user or member arising from the use of any content or information, advice, or opinion given on its website
n) The user will bear all the risks attached or associated including intellectual property rights for their uploaded or transmitted content or material on the My Mediland website. Users should not or must not post or transmit any content, details, data, information, or material which can violate local, state, national, or international laws. The content posted by the user must not be abusive, obscene, threatening, harassing, vulgar, defamatory, slanderous, hateful, racist, promoted violence, ethnically harmful, or otherwise objectionable. Member also should not upload or transmit any content that may contain a virus or other harmful components, or otherwise damage My Mediland network. If such a thing happens, a member will be solely liable for that we have to deactivate or delete your account from our website.

We may also delete, suspend, or deactivate your account for any other reason, including inactivity for an extended period.
